Tereance Moore is the owner of Tereance Moore Consulting, LLC, and a proud Keller Williams Agent, where he uses his decades of knowledge to help families and individuals obtain their dreams of generational wealth through the ownership of a home and business, and the joy, peace of mind, and pride that it fosters.

Moore holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston. Moore made Hagerstown, MD, his home in 2004 after relocating from his home in Far Rockaway, NY, where he and his seven siblings were raised. Tereance spent nearly two decades in the financial sector, working as a Sr. Project Management supporting operations and technology globally before pursuing his current endeavors.

Aside from running businesses and a nonprofit, Moore also resides on nine different boards and committees across Maryland that advocate for education, Civil Rights, the Arts, preservation of history, and basic needs.

Tereance's experience as a business owner, work in the financial sector, advocacy, and community member provides him with a greater understanding when working with his real-estate clients. It also supports his 'why' for helping families and businesses navigate through their own journeys of owning or leasing property. He states, " My Why is that I realize the choices I make can affect the lives of others, so I chose to move in faith, foster family, and empower generational wealth.
